All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, images, and software is the property of Biha Digitech and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Upon full payment for services, clients receive the rights to the deliverables as specified in their service agreement. Biha Digitech retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for service delivery, timely feedback and approvals, payment as per agreed terms, and ensuring that any content provided to Biha Digitech does not infringe third-party rights.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Biha Digitech typically requires a deposit before commencing work. Final deliverables are released upon receipt of full payment. Late payments may incur interest as specified in the service agreement.

6. Confidentiality

Biha Digitech treats all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required to deliver agreed services or as required by law. Clients agree to keep Biha Digitech's proprietary methodologies and tools confidential.

7. Limitation of Liability

Biha Digitech's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or business outcomes as these depend on many factors beyond our control.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

10. Changes to Terms

Biha Digitech reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
